Questions, requests and deletion requests should be sent to the data protection officer at the address given at the end of this policy.

We collect only what is needed to reply to your message and to measure where visits come from:

• Data you type into the form: name, WhatsApp number, email (when provided) and message.
• Browsing data: pages visited, traffic source (UTM, gclid, fbclid), IP address and a session identifier in a first-party cookie.
• Consent record: date, time, version of the accepted text, IP address and browser.
• If you sign the footer game leaderboard: the name you type and your score, shown publicly on the leaderboard. No contact details are requested or stored with it.
• Your language choice, when you switch languages: a preference cookie that only remembers the version you picked.

• Replying to your message and following up on your request.
• Measuring campaign and website performance in aggregate.
• Showing the public leaderboard of the footer game, with the name and score of those who chose to sign it. To remove your name from the leaderboard, write to the data protection officer.
• Complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

Essential cookies make the website work and do not require consent. Marketing and measurement cookies are only turned on after you choose an option in the privacy banner.

Choosing "Accept all" also turns on session recording (heatmaps), used to understand navigation problems. Choosing "Essentials only" keeps marketing and measurement on, but not session recording. Declining with the "X" turns on no marketing or measurement at all, and the banner asks again after 24 hours.

We only share data with providers needed to run the website and handle your request:

• Cloudflare, for hosting, security and bot protection (Turnstile).
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta, for measurement and advertising, when you consent.
• Microsoft Clarity, for session recording, only with "Accept all".

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Requests are handled through the data protection officer email below, within 15 days.

Contact data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the applicable legal period after that. Browsing data is kept in aggregate form.
